4. Comments on violations/View violations (My Account Tab > Violations)
5. Submitting exterior change requests (My Account Tab > ACC Request)
6. Updating contact information (My Account Tab > My Profile)
7. Finding contact information for other homeowners (homeowners must opt in to this feature, and not all homeowner information may be available.) (Directory Tab)
8. Submitting work orders (for COA use) (My Account Tab > Work Orders)
