Tolley Community Management is a full service Community Management division specializing in Residential and Commercial Management. We offer full service management options as well as accounting only packages. We take pride in assisting all of our associations and homeowners with their management needs in the Metro Atlanta area. Utilizing state of the art software made exclusively for associations is important. We provide monthly balance sheets, income expense statements, general ledger statements, bank statements and monthly homeowner activity reports for our associations that we manage.
Volunteers do not want to tell their neighbors that they need to mow their lawn. For volunteers to provide mandated services free of charge for the association, it places unequal burdens on themselves and other homeowners. We provide photo violation letters to enforce association covenants and handle this for you.
Associations are complex and take a lot of oversight. We will handle clubhouse reservations, leasing permits, gate codes and fobs, ACC Requests among other items to make your association run more efficient and be more reliable to your homeowners.
Board members are volunteers and may not know what the job entails. We provide in office board training classes and events. Our managers are also experienced on board training so we can help your association identify Policies & Procedures for your community that can be passed down to future Boards to provide consistency.
Volunteers don’t often have time to keep up with the pool company, landscapers, contractors, insurance providers, etc. We oversee all day to day operations in your community to ensure all your vendors are doing their job. We have helped neighborhoods reduce their insurance premiums, landscaping fees and maintenance costs by being proactive.
Communication is key to association management. We follow our motto: “Strength with a Personal Touch”! Homeowners can access their accounts online to get immediate answers to questions, we have a live person that answers our phones and our managers and team members are trained to respond quickly.
Tolley Community Management has performed the day-to-day management of Ivy Springs since 2006. Our community
manager, Zack Beavers, is an honest professional that we are proud to have representing our HOA. Their efforts,
combined with an impressive network of service contractors, keep our community attractive while keeping costs
to our homeowners down. I can say that TCM strives to serve not only the Board of Directors, but the individual
members of our Homeowner’s Association as much as possible. We look forward to Zack and TCM managing our
community for years to come.
